Ruby Renshaw, MBA Integrative Yoga, Meditation & Business Facilitator has been speaking, writing about, and working to demonstrate how to combine business and spirituality for over twelve years. During that time, she has worked with several hundred entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and companies including Baker Hughes, KPMG, Shell International and Sterling Bank.
Her talent lies in her ability to back up her viewpoint of business as a vehicle for delivering joy by designing and incorporating concrete metrics for abstract benefits. Many companies struggle with raising the quality of their customer service, for example. It’s easy to track whether a product is 50% improved in quality – it is much more difficult to track whether a customer’s happiness has improved by the same 50%.
Happiness is intangible, and therefore immeasurable – isn’t it?
Not so far as Ruby is concerned. She possesses a unique flair for turning the intangible into a measurable business tool so that entrepreneurs and companies can make happiness, love and other intangible qualities a real part of their business models.
Ruby’s current focus is on small business owners and entrepreneurs, who truly have the ability to change every aspect of their business according to the decisions and discoveries they make while putting Ruby’s teachings to work.
Her teachings have culminated in the eBook, Becoming a Source of Good: Seven Simple Success Practices to Transform Your Business and the World, a unique way to integrate business, spirituality and heart-centered strategies to reap the benefits of both the tangible and intangible worlds. Her philosophies encourage business that embraces gratitude, honor, and love. She likes to say the Seven Practices “shift the consciousness of business into pure, joyous flow.”
Ruby presented at the initial International Conferences on Business & Consciousness on invisible wealth in organizations. Her articles have appeared in numerous publications including Business Spirit Journal – Bringing Consciousness to Business; Emerging Lifestyles; The Houston Business Journal; and The World Business Academy’s Quarterly Journal Perspectives.
Ruby lives in Galisteo, New Mexico. She is a member of B.O.T.A. and a Certified Teacher of Kundalini Yoga.
