In this afternoon workshop you are invited to experience the knowing of your deepest desires integrated with your physical field, as well as the collective field.
Using a combination of yoga, meditation, deep listening, and sensorial attuning, we will move beyond our borders, listen for our deepest urges and callings and distill them into embodied declarations. This is especially helpful for those of us who have a hard time knowing what we want to create, or deciding what to put our attention to. It’s also very helpful to complement our mental capacity with the inclusion of our senses, our bodies, profound awareness and knowing.
We will apply kundalini yoga along with the practice of declaring and embodied presence as they relate specifically to becoming mindfully clean and radiant. In doing so we open ourselves to the experience of connection with pure potentiality within and without.
Guided in this space, you will deeply listen, hear urges and instincts coming straight from the soul, delivered through the body, and claimed as a declaration.
When a declaration delivers itself it, you will know it as truth-telling; rippling through your body and out into the universe.
We will physically anchor in your declaration, allowing you to naturally beam your destiny to the collective, supportive field. You will leave relaxed, yet energized, with alignment to carry you in your present and in your becoming.

A Special Note: This time of year is the mid-point between the winter solstice and the vernal equinox. We have shed now the residue of the prior year and are more fully available to the new beginnings that call to us. Considered by some to be the sourcepoint or true beginning of the whole year it is an excellent time to drink from the well of our deepest knowing and bring awareness to this new life cycle.

Allow approx 30 – 40 minutes from Santa Fe.
Take Interstate 25 North towards Las Vegas.
Take exit 290 for US-285 S toward Clines Corners (stay on 285, driving past all the Eldorado entrances).
You will drive on 285 for approx 6 miles.
Just past Lamy, turn right on NM-41 S towards Galisteo (you can only go right on 41, you will go approx 5 more miles to the yoga studio).
As you approach the small community of Galiesto, there will be a lit speed-feedback sign on your right.
Just after passing thru the town’s tiny main intersection (historic church and sign for Madrid on the right), be looking at the driveways on the left for address numbers (if you cross over the small narrow bridge, you have gone too far).
You are looking for an open gate with the address in red lettering : 5614 ABC. The lettering is not necessarily easy to see — you can also look for a Barker Realty for sale sign.
Turn left thru the gate (only way to go) into the driveway.
There are several buildings on the property.
The studio is the first building you will come to on the left.
You can park on the stones to the right of the studio along the fence line.
