It is so easy this time of year to unintentionally become separated from our higher-selves –before we know it, we are stressed out at a time when we are secretly hoping our lives will be transformed.
No matter what holiday you celebrate, it does not have to be stressful. The key is deciding what is important to YOU and saying no to everything else.
This is not a selfish act – the happier you are, the happier those around you will be and the less potential for drama.
Take the time to nurture yourself and create the space for transformation: go for long walks, take hot baths, do yoga, meditate, and envision the year ahead.
If you take time to reconnect with your inner light, you can start the New Year feeling rested, refreshed, and in love with your life.
