When you feel a peaceful joy…..

You know what it feels like to be “in the flow” –-those times when your words and actions seem supported by creation –when for example, a specific person was needed, they would show up; when a certain set of circumstances was necessary for a project to go on, the pieces seemed to magically fall into place. It could be said that in those moments, your Highest Self was joyfully guiding your actions.

You have also probably experienced what it feels like when you are not in the flow, when you have wandered off your path and joy seems replaced by struggle. In those times, things do not move easily; the “wick won’t light”.

What can bring you back to your path is consciously tuning in —repeatedly reawakening to peace and your Higher Self. In the space of joyful awakening there is access to deep knowledge of what to create, speak, release, and leverage in the moment and for the future of your business.

When you feelimages-2
a peaceful joy, you’re near the truth. Unquiet and
off center, jealous or

greedy, what you do seems pretentious and those around
you insincere. Speak

the clearest truth you know, and let the dis-ease heal.
If words are tinged with

lying, they’re like water dripping into an oil lamp. The
wick won’t light, and

the pleasure and rest of your love room will diminish. ~Rumi

Ten Outrageously Successful People Who Practice Meditation

Plan & Let Go

3036067538_03229fb214_mFundamentally, planning is about creating the steps between a current situation and a chosen future. We intuitively know how to design a structure that has the potential to attract what we need and desire. Steps are taken; energy turns into form i.e. a spider spins a web, an entrepreneur writes a business plan.

Often though, frustration occurs when as soon as the plan is organized and designed, we continue to expect specific linear results (hello ego!) and become lost and identified with goals and the structure itself.

How can we relax when our structure demands that there are customers to capture, products to be sold, bills to be paid; goal to obtain!?

One option is to go after our targets no matter what – stomping over competitors and employees, short-changing or deceiving customers, destroying the planet and ignoring our own values. Another option is to recognize and get over the fact that after we plan what we want, the specific linear results from specific actions phase is over. Now we can Rearth_grid_ley_linesELAX and pay attention deeply.

Evolving business concepts proactively interweave action & meditative attention. Meditative attention requires a letting go; a release from the mind and 3D structure, so we can continue to access and pour creative, pure energy into our dreams.

The more we come from a deep relaxing pause, the more we will intuitively know when and if to intervene and modify external actions with the feedback we receive from “where we are NOW”.

Interweaving planning, letting go, and meditatively relaxing, is the equivalent of ego and sacred attention working together- ensuring honorable, joyful, and truly sustainable bottom-lines.

Two Sets of Eyes

Expand Your View

In all of your business endeavors, always remember your physical set of eyes, as well as your spiritual set of eyes.

With your physical eyes you see the material world and act accordingly, based on what you see. Typically, this is the set of eyes we use when we plan and take actions in our businesses.

But, as we all know, there is more to life than the material world.

With your spiritual eyes, you can see beyond appearances. Instead of allowing appearances to determine what you think is real and reacting to it, you can decide what is beyond the appearance and calmly continue to invoke what you choose. This practice permits the real you to come forth.

Every time you choose to act from a balanced perspective of both material and spiritual, every time you invoke rather than react, every time you choose love over fear –you get closer and closer to the real you and the real world. By doing so, you cause a change in what you see.

As you align more and more with the real you and the real world, this higher reality will permeate and expand all aspects of your business,

and your life.

Infatuate your customers

Everyone has had some experience of infatuation and the changes it brings. It can take you beyond the mundane, rising you above ordinary concern –making everything appear bright and new.

Infatuation is a gateway to expanded awareness.

I remember when my father began dating again after a painful divorce from my mother.  I knew he was falling in love, with the woman who would become my stepmother, when he commented on how pretty my earrings were one day at lunch — seriously, this was over 10 years ago and I still remember the moment because it was so out-of-the-ordinary for him to make a comment #1 about what I looked like and #2 about something so minuscule as earrings!

The deep quality of awareness accessible thru infatuation allows you to view from the heart and unconditionally share yourself with those around you.

Are you infatuated with your clients and vice-versa? When the quality of infatuation is present, it allows YOU to access your own extraordinariness, deliver profoundly, and fulfill deeply –thus ensuring continuous, profound relationships with your customers.

Core Ideology : It’s a big deal

Core Ideology typically means the Mission, Vision, & Values of a business entity.  The ideology then acts as a communication to stakeholders, from employees to investors, about what the company will always hold to –the guideposts from which to act.

The Mission, Vision & Values of an entity can be created by a solo-prenuer and then shared with others as his / her empire grows, or the ideology can be created by partners, board of directors and / or a mixture of who the business entity representatives are at this crucial setting down of the declaration of who the company is.

An influential study by Collins & Porras resulting in the book Built to Last, written in 1994, makes the case that companies that go on beyond the founders have done so by standing by the initial core ideology.

It is noteworthy that in the majority of these company’s statements about ideology, there is a common thread of inspirational loftiness and intentional well-meaning.

There is a fundamental ideal or “knowing” of an ability to influence, adjust and make the world a better place.

At the core or essence of each of us is this knowing.  There is that center, that divine spark that has access to the infinite and the ability to master the material.

It is this essence, coupled with a business core ideology, that not only will drive your business to wild, fulfilling success,

the combo contains the unique ability to be a powerful Source of Good; championing a philosophy that positively influences.

Unconditionally Delight Your Customers

If you’ve ever actually seen a naturally sourced spring, you know exactly how magical it is. Water simply bubbles up out of the earth; there’s no drilling and no need to extract or purify it. It’s a free gift from nature. The spring burbles along regardless of whether anyone is there to drink from it. It’s a profound metaphor for unconditional love, which is why it’s a perfect way to describe the kind of relationship you want to have with your customers.

In simpler times (and in some parts of the world, even today), civilizations only sprang up in areas where there was fresh running water. A spring was a source of life, and people wanted to crowd around that source.

If you become a source of great joy, delight, and necessity to your customers, they will want to spend as much time as possible near you. You give them something that makes them feel good, powerful, and alive. That’s a powerful gift and they will reward you with intense loyalty.

You create loyalty between yourself and your customers by giving them something that makes them feel good. You create infatuated loyalty when you unconditionally give them something beyond what they expected.

If you provide a product, make sure the product has an element that brings them some benefit they can’t get anywhere else. If you offer a service, make sure that service makes them feel nurtured and attended to in a way they don’t want to live without. By giving them a never-ending source of gratification, you create a bond with your customers.

Learn to give unconditionally and your customers will never waver from your side.

Walking the Line

On one hand, you want to stay deeply in touch with your inner self – the part of you that has a philosophy about what you want to do and who you want to be. On the other, you want to run a successful business.

An intangible part of you – your spirit – is trying to work with a tangible part – your business sense.

Unfortunately, some advice that’s currently available about those two parts seem to be contradictory.

If you want a healthy spirit, the advice is as intangible as the spirit itself. You might be told to get in touch with your inner desires, or to spend time meditating, or to try new experiences.

There are no guidelines and no rulebooks. There is no way to measure whether you’re doing “well” except by paying attention to how you feel.

If you’re trying to create a thriving business, however, the advice is often nothing but measurements. You have files to complete and to turn into the appropriate addresses, checkboxes to mark off, linear paths to goals. You’ll often see business books that suggest 7 steps or 12 steps – it’s easy to tell whether or not you’ve achieved the goal laid out in each chapter.

Business success is about achieving something tangible – spiritual success is about achieving something intangible.

Running a business where the intangible and the tangible coexist is today’s challenge.  The good news is there are more and more people talking about how to do this.  It takes a community to make it happen and a vision to shift the consciousness of business.

Communities up to shifting the consciousness of the way business is done is one of the reasons why our groups are so popular.

Face Your Brilliance

You must fall in love with yourself, warts and all, if you are going to have anyone else fall in love with what you are creating and offering. Part of falling in love with yourself is understanding and accepting that you are a brilliant center of powerful creation.

Because you are a center of powerful creation, you must also be willing to face the responsibility of your creations. As your business expands and grows, the Core Ideology (mission, vision, and values) ensures that business actions and transactions are in integrity with your original intention. The Core Ideology is, consciously and in co-creation with spirit, determined by you.

The main thrust of core ideology is that it is enduring. Ultimately, Core Ideology provides “higher thinking” and guide posts from which to make decisions ~like a beacon reminding you of what you and your company are all about when things are moving really fast, as well as when things seem dark or confusing. The core remains intact regardless of circumstances (very much like spiritual principles that endure over time, resonate when we hear them, and bring us back to center).  A powerful core ideology will speak to anyone who hears it and supersedes individual personalities.

With your business, you are creating a garden for Divine Source to visit and co-grow. The Core Ideology is the marker, the framework, the boundaries of your particular garden. It states and anchors in that in THIS garden, each and every flower (transaction) will have THIS particular seed of your expression within it. The Ideology trains you to be in the now of the day-to-day business of your business; by trusting the garden you are in — you are free to express joyfully and move into your brilliant power and creation more and more.
