In this time of rapid increases in the speed of technology, information updates and communicative capabilities, it seems more is being demanded of us each moment . . . coupled with global fears, financial crisis and shifting business trends it often seems we need ten bodies just to keep up!

the yoga I practice teaches that we have not just one body – we have . . . guess how many . . . TEN!
In addition to the physical body, we have three mental bodies and six energy bodies. You can visualize your various bodies as layers of clothing, the physical body being the overcoat you wear for a lifetime.
When all ten bodies are under your direction, it produces a state of integrated support — a sense you don’t have to do it all on your own and a consciousness that allows you to move gracefully through difficult situations.
